Join us on May 31st for an exciting Omakase experience with Loaf here at your art museum. Loaf's Omakase style dinner will be a nod to the Japanese tradition while still maintaining their "Modern Memphis Cuisine" ethos.
If you're not familiar, Omakase is a style of tasting menu popularized in Japan in the 1990s that translates to "I leave it up to you." Food selection at an Omakase are typically a series of small bites, in as little as 5 or as many as 25 courses- "chef's choice" based on your pallet. This particular Omakase dinner will consist of 13 courses and 3 drink pairings selected by the chef.
