Brooks Museum League

The Brooks Museum League is the oldest volunteer organization of the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art. This dynamic organization offers a variety of volunteer activities, depending on a person’s particular talents, interests, and time schedule. Membership in Brooks Museum League provides many educational and social opportunities.

Visit the League's new website at www.brooksmuseumleaguememphis.org.

Volunteers support annual fund drives and benefit events, provide hospitality to attendees at lectures and performance events, and help at admissions, in the libraries, in administrative offices, and in retail operations.

One of the best benefits of Brooks Museum League membership is the opportunity to learn more about art. League members are invited to private lectures and viewings of Brooks’ exhibitions. The League also offers a sustaining membership to those who are unable to volunteer their time but who wish to contribute to the Brooks through the League.

For membership information or to become a Brooks Museum League member:

  • Call the League at 901.756.8776.
  • Click here to visit their website.

A membership to the Brooks Museum is suggested, appreciated and encouraged.
