To meet a growing need for events that explore and preserve Latino culture, the Brooks hosts a biennial school festival celebrating the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead. This interactive celebration offers art activities, artist demonstrations, gallery tours, musical performances, documentary film screenings, and other fun, educational activities that explore the traditions and significance of Dia de los Muertos.
