Art Museum Day

Free for all map

Celebrate Art Museum Day at the Brooks with all-day free admission! In the galleries, we are gearing up for Marisol: Sculptures and Works on Paper (June 14 – September 7, 2014), with a sneak peek of the exhibition; Marisol's The Family is on view downstairs in the special exhibitions galleries. The sculpture includes a mirror, and we encourage you to "Meet Marisol" by taking a picture of yourself in the mirror and posting it to social media using #meetMarisol. As well, two galleries full of artwork from Marisol’s contemporaries are on view in Pop Artists on Paper and The Eclectic Sixties.

At 2 pm, please join us for a special pay-what-you-wish screening of Charlie Chaplin’s The Gold Rush. All proceeds go toward supporting the museum!
