Join us as we celebrate our 100th anniversary for a day-long celebration of this historic milestone, kicking off a year of innovative and engaging programming. 

The museum will be open and free to all for live music, art-making, cake, and surprises – all highlighting our renowned world art collection and creative year-round programming.

Five food trucks will be at Party for the Century: Cariflavor, Hot Mess Burritos, 4Dumplings, Parker's Concessions, and Millie's Garden.

On the Plaza

Join us at 2 pm when beloved Memphis entertainer Joyce Cobb leads us in singing "Happy Birthday," followed by the UT Martin Percussion group. 

The Bo-Keys featuring Percy Wiggins and Don Bryant perform at 5 pm.

A special sculpted birthday cake made by Sprinkle Me Silly will be featured.

Inside the Galleries

Opera Memphis is helping us celebrate with a performance at noon inside the Moss Gallery.

At 1 pm, Memphis Symphony Orchestra will play Baroque music in our Baroque Gallery.
