This fall the theme for our Homeschool Program is Full STE(A)M Ahead! Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math
Join us for the free Homeschool Day in November and Shape It Up!
During our Homeschool Days, families can choose from a variety of activities: scavenger hunts, self-guided tours, a drop-in art-making activity, and docent-led tours at 10:30 a.m. & 11:15 a.m.
No reservations required.
STE(A)M curricula at the Brooks is anchored in visual art, while emphasizing science and mathematics as a way to foster 21st century skills of communication, critical thinking, authentic problem solving, creativity, and innovation. STE(A)M programs are quickly becoming popular in the field of education because they provide students with the opportunity to “see” the big picture, ALL of its elements, and how they work together as a whole!
