Enjoy a special gallery talk led by Beth Edwards, Professor of Painting at the University of Memphis. Edwards will discuss Georgia O’Keeffe paintings from her perspective of a painter. Visitors will consider O’Keeffe’s compositions, color, and painting technique while viewing the iconic artist’s stunning landscapes and signature close-cropped flowers, painted during her immersion in the Hawaiian Islands in 1939.
